سياسة الخصوصية — تطبيق شوفير (Shofeer)

خصوصيتك مهمة لنا. توضح هذه السياسة نوع المعلومات التي نجمعها، ولماذا، وكيف نحميها.

1. المعلومات التي نجمعها

• معلومات الحساب: الاسم، رقم الهاتف (وبريد إلكتروني عند التسجيل به).
• معلومات الرحلة: موقع الانطلاق والوجهة، المسار المقدر، الوقت، والسعر.
• موقع مباشر: أثناء الرحلة النشطة فقط، لمتابعة الخريطة وربط الراكب بالسائق.
• معلومات الجهاز: الإشعارات، والتقنيات الفنية الأساسية لضمان عمل التطبيق.

2. كيف نستخدم المعلومات

• إنشاء حسابك والتحقق من رقم هاتفك.
• ربطك بأقرب سائق متاح وتنفيذ الرحلة.
• عرض المسار والتقديرات والسعر.
• إرسال إشعارات حول حالة رحلتك.
• دعم العملاء وتحسين الخدمة.
• الوفاء بالمتطلبات القانونية.

موقعك المباشر لا يُشارك إلا مع السائق المكلّف برحلتك، وأثناء الرحلة النشطة فقط.

3. من نشارك معه المعلومات

• مكتب التاكسي والسائق المكلّف برحلتك: الاسم، نقطة الانطلاق والوجهة، وموقعك أثناء الرحلة النشطة — فقط بالقدر اللازم لتنفيذ الرحلة.
• مزودو البنية التحتية التقنية (مثل خدمات الخرائط والتخزين والإشعارات) — وفق معايير أمنية.
• عند الاقتضاء القانوني، للجهات الرسمية وفق القانون.

نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية.

4. حماية البيانات

نتّبع إجراءات أمنية معقولة لحماية معلوماتك، بما في ذلك التشفير عند النقل وتقييد الوصول للموظفين المصرّح لهم فقط. لكن لا يمكن ضمان أمان مطلق لأي نقل بيانات عبر الإنترنت.

5. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ بمعلوماتك طالما كان حسابك نشطاً وطالما كان ذلك ضرورياً للأغراض المذكورة أو وفق المتطلبات القانونية. يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت.

6. حقوقك

• الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية.
• تصحيح أي بيانات غير دقيقة.

7. الإشعارات

قد نرسل لك إشعارات تتعلق بحالة رحلتك (تأكيد، وصول سائق، إلخ). يمكنك ضبط الإشعارات من إعدادات جهازك.

8. تحديثات السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سنبلغك داخل التطبيق عند أي تغيير جوهري. استمرار استخدامك للتطبيق يعني قبولك للسياسة المحدّثة.

9. القانون المختص

تخضع هذه السياسة وتُفسَّر وفقاً للقوانين المحلية النافذة، وتختص المحاكم المحلية بالفصل في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we protect it.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: name, phone number (and email if you register with it).
• Ride information: pickup and destination, estimated route, time, and fare.
• Live location: only during an active ride, to show the map and link the passenger with the driver.
• Device information: notifications and basic technical data needed for the app to work.

2. How we use the information

• Create and verify your account.
• Match you with a nearby available driver and fulfil the ride.
• Show the route, estimates and fare.
• Send notifications about your ride status.
• Provide customer support and improve the service.
• Meet legal requirements.

Your live location is only shared with the driver assigned to your ride, and only during an active ride.

3. Who we share information with

• The taxi office and the driver assigned to your ride: name, pickup and destination, and your location while the ride is active — only to the extent needed to fulfil the ride.
• Technical infrastructure providers (such as maps, storage and notifications services) — under security standards.
• When legally required, to official authorities in accordance with the law.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Data protection

We follow reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and restricting access to authorised personnel only. However, no internet data transmission can be guaranteed as completely secure.

5. Data retention

We keep your information as long as your account is active and as long as it is necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.

7. Notifications

We may send you notifications relating to your ride status (confirmation, driver arrival, etc.). You can configure notifications from your device settings.

This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable local laws, and the local courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
